By booking this appointment, you confirm that you accept 48 hours notice of cancellation is required. 1)If less than this is given, the deposit is forfeited. 2)If less than 24 hours is given, the full appointment cost will be charged. 3)Deposits are required for all appointments to secure the appointment. 3a)Deposits are non-refundable 4)This must be paid upon booking the appointment.
